Instant two way voice communication between two people through a device is referred to as a phone system. With the development of modern technology now it is possible for more than two people to communicate at the same time. Conversation among more than two people is referred as a conference call. These systems present a broad entre to people all over the world. Voice mail, caller identification, call transferring, call waiting and many other features are now available in modern systems. Varieties of integral systems are available. Some of them are:
Single-line Phones:
This is the most common type and is used in the home or at the domestic level. A telephone may be purchased from any appliance store. It is not capable of call transferring but this system can be easily installed by a local phone company.
Multiple-line for bulky business:
Bulk business means people over 25 working in same office need to communicate and is done by multi-line systems. This system has a wide range of features.
Multiple line phone system:
Medium or huge phone traffic is required to use this system, where deals are needed to make effective. Two or more than two extension can be installed. A recording system can also be attached in these systems.
Private branch exchange system
This system is equally beneficial for both medium and large companies as it consists of a large range of features.

KSU less system is suitable for those who want an extension range of 10 lines. It is an easy installation and economical.
PBX system has 40 extensions and is used by large companies. Its installation requires less space.
Key system is supposed to be the best between the two as described above. It consists of 4-40 extensions.
Key hybrid and PBX is latest and flexible. Software is required for its working.
