A Great Exercise For Love Handles – Don’t Deal With Love Handles!

If you’re like me, then you hate love handles, especially during the Summer when every body is showing off their body at the beach. If you want to lose them quick then there is one exercise for love handles that will melt them away before you know it. You can try to do crunches but to be honest that’s only going to make your stomach harder, not toner, and it will definitely not get rid of your love handles since it isn’t working out your obliques.

The best exercise for love handles that you possibly can do to get results are side bends. I know this may seem like it will take a long time but it doesn’t, trust me. This exercise places direct stress on your external obliques muscles forcing them to shape up and tone up. To do side bends, stand up straight with slight bent knees and feet apart, then you need to lower your trunks to the left taking 3 seconds to lower, 1 second pause and 1 second to get back to the normal position and repeat on the other side.

The most important part for this exercise is the tempo. This is where everybody gets it wrong. If you just go side to side without the right tempo your muscles won’t receive maximum benefit from the side bends.

To speed the process of losing your love handles, you can diet by eating healthy and reducing the amount of calories you intake, don’t forget to drink plenty of water, you should be drinking 1 litre of water every 55 pounds to keep your body hydrated. Don’t drink it all at once, because that is pointless, water goes in and comes out just as fast to get the full benefit make sure to sip your water.
